The first cases of coronavirus in Poland were diagnosed on 4 March 2020. Since that date, the number of new cases has been systematically increasing. On 12 March, the government suspended classes in schools and universities in Poland. Since then, the number of VOD users has been growing consistently, reaching nearly four million visitors on Friday the 13th. On Sunday (March 15th), viewers aged 50 and over broke the viewing limit of 500 minutes per person. That weekend the children watched 25 percent more than the weekend before.
