This graph shows the results of a survey about the preferred products for which French consumers consult customer reviews before making a shopping decision in France in 2019. The results showed that PC and electronics as well as clothes / textiles were the preferred products to consults reviews for, according to17 and ** percent of the sample, respectively. Moreover, between eight and ten percent of French consumers said they checked product reviews for furniture, cars and telecommunications.
