Consumers participated in the survey in the following countries: 12,109 from Australia, 7,015 from Austria, 12,067 from Brazil, 12,010 from Canada, 24,996 from China, 7,014 from Finland, 12,128 from France, 35,991 from Germany, 24,164 from India, 12,131 from Italy, 12,108 from Japan, 12,083 from Mexico, 7,016 from the Netherlands, 7,016 from Poland, 7,025 from South Africa, 12,138 from South Korea, 12,101 from Spain, 7,019 from Sweden, 6,987 from Switzerland, 23,623 from the United Kingdom, and 60,261 from the United States.
During the survey, the question was phrased as follows: "Which of these statements about online shopping do you agree with?"
