As of the first half of 2022, the large majority of the complaints submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regarding all categories of the financial products in the United Kingdom (UK) were caused by general administration or customer service issues. General administration or customer service related complaints accounted for more than 65 percent of total complaints reported to FCA in that time.
