This statistic illustrates the number of customer complaints to the Financial Ombudsman regarding credit card products and services in the United Kingdom (UK) between the financial years of 2009/2010 to 2019/2020. It can be seen that in 2019/2020, approximately 10.7 thousand new credit card-related complaints were filed in the UK. This was a decrease compared to the previous year, when nearly 14 thousand new complaints were lodged.
