According to a survey of ISHRS* members in 2025, *** in ten medical professionals reported having black market hair transplant clinics in their cities. Moreover, a ** of them said black market clinics have changed pricing. Surveyed professionals also indicated that on average ** percent of their cases were repair cases due to a previous black market hair transplant.
