The survey was conducted among consumers who had spent a minimum of 2,500 euros on luxury fashion, luxury jewelry, or luxury watches, or 3,500 euros on luxury interior design items during the 12-month period preceding the survey.

Luxury brand stores are the most popular purchase channel among German luxury goods buyers, according to a survey conducted in 2022. Over half of the respondents purchased luxury products through stores of luxury brands, while around ** percent purchased luxury products through luxury brand's online stores. Similarly, about ** percent of German shoppers used online second-hand platforms to buy luxury items.
