Home delivery remains the main reason to purchase groceries online in Italy, a survey from 2023 showed. Ordering and paying in just a few clicks is also time-convenient according to four in ten Italian buyers, while the online shopping experience is simply easier for many. In the pre-purchase phase, ** percent of respondents valued the user-friendly product overview displayed online, while another percent of Italian shoppers liked the seamless payment process.
