A survey conducted in March 2022 found that for **** percent of Japanese companies in the secondary and tertiary sector that were interested in using the metaverse the clarification of the purpose of its introduction constituted an issue. Purpose clarification was the most commonly given answer in this regard, followed by training of human resources and an explanation of the cost-effectiveness.
