According to a survey of users conducted in January 2022 in four of the leading global markets (Australia, Germany, the United Kingdom, the United States), almost half of the respondents reported being slightly or somewhat interested in using a super app. In comparison, 29 percent of respondents reported not having an interest in using an omni-comprehensive mobile application, whenever this would become available. Additionally, 25 percent of respondents reported being very or extremely interested in a super app.
