According to a survey of users conducted in January 2022 in four leading global markets, ** percent of respondents in the United States reported they expected to engage in banking operations more often when provided with an all-encompassing mobile app. In comparison, ** percent of respondents in the United Kingdom and ** percent of consumers in Australia and Germany reported feeling the same.
