In 2021, Kenyan consumers reported that the price was the most significant factor in the purchase of a Christmas gift online. Quality of the product and speed of the delivery followed with 68 percent and 64 percent, respectively. Almost 40 percent of the respondents in the country claimed that they had bought a Christmas present during Black Friday promotions in 2021.
