In Europe, in *** former smokers who use, or have used, e-cigarettes or similar products said that these products helped them to stop smoking tobacco completely, according to a survey conducted in 2020. Furthermore, over a quarter of respondents advised they reduced their tobacco consumption with e-cigarettes but did not stop. Although, ** percent reported that the use of e-cigarettes or similar products had no effect on their tobacco consumption.
