A 2021 survey revealed that nearly eight in ten French consumers between 35 and 49 years old who planned to buy at least one Christmas gift that year intended to do so online. Consumers aged 65 and older made up the age group with the lowest use of e-commerce for these purchases, with just over half (** percent) of respondents.
