Online Christmas shopping intention in France 2021, by category and order type
According to a survey conducted at the end of 2021, 43 percent of Christmas shoppers in France planned to buy cultural products such as books or music online. Most of these would resort to having their order delivered to their home. Among the categories included in the study, games and toys would follow, with 24 percent of French consumers making Christmas purchases online in this category via delivery and another 11 percent picking it up via Click-and-Collect.
