COVID-19 impact on global mobile streaming habits worldwide 2020
According to a study of TV and video streaming consumers in eight representative country markets, respondents based in China and Turkey reported using their mobile devices to watch video streaming content more after the introduction of social distancing norms in 2020. Respondents in Germany and the United Kingdom accounted for the highest shares of consumers reporting they streamed less content via their smartphones after the start of the pandemic.
