In 2024, the outlook for the future state of the Spanish economy was more negative than positive, according to a survey of businessmen and executives in Spain. Around 14 percent of respondents said that the outlook for the state of the economy in a year's time would be good or excellent. From 2011 to 2024, the perception that the future Spanish economy would be excellent never exceeded four percent.
