Looking at the reasons for which French people used their phones while shopping in-store, most used them to compare prices between different shopping platforms. However, this study conducted by Opinionway for Proximis assessed the frequency to which some of these mobile phone features were used in-store. Thus, in 2021, most French people often or sometimes used their mobiles to use their card or loyalty points.
