How much impact will the coronavirus outbreak have on the Norwegian advertising market? According to a survey from March 2020, about half of Norwegian media executives thought the COVID-19 outbreak has very negative consequences for digital advertisements. Over 80 percent of respondents even said that the crisis has a very negative impact on print advertisements. The impact on the overall profitability of the advertising market in Norway is estimated to be very or somewhat negative by three quarters of media executives interviewed.
