revenue per capita of roast coffee was 220 U.S. dollars and for instant coffee the revenue was just under 40 U.S. dollars. When it comes to
Americans' favorite coffee brands, Starbucks tops the rankings, but is closely followed by competitor Dunkin'.

Although people have been drinking coffee for hundreds of years, there are still new trends entering the market every year, such as a change in the use of coffee additives. Those who don't drink coffee black have
preferred to drink it with milk or creamer. This is still the most popular option, but the focus is increasingly shifting to plant-based alternatives or light products. Almond and oat milk in particular have become popular.
