Canada, the world's second-largest country, ranked fifth in the hot drinks markets based on revenues in 2023. Nearly 25 billion U.S. dollars were generated here, while China topped the ranking with revenues of over 120 billion U.S. dollars. The hot beverage market includes the coffee, tea and cocoa market. In the North American country, coffee seems to be the most popular, as it generated 24.9 billion U.S. dollars in 2023. Roast coffee is by far the main source of revenue in Canada, instant coffee only accounts for a small share.
