This statistic presents the share of adults who have ever subscribed to a streaming service exclusively to watch a certain show in the United States as of March 2019, sorted by age group. The findings reveal that younger respondents were more likely to say that they have ever subscribed to a streaming service specifically to watch a certain show, with 61 percent of 18 to 29 year old adults saying they had done so. Conversely, 73 percent of respondents aged 65 or above said that they had never subscribed to a streaming service just because of a certain show.
