According to the results of a survey held in the United States in 2022, nearly ** percent of households in the country paid for both an MVPD service and an SVOD service. Whilst the number of non-pay TV households has been steadily increasing over the years, the number of subscribers to SVOD services has continually grown not only in the United States but also on a global scale. Over one in three households subscribed to a streaming service only, while the share of only MVPD users was ** percent.
