Daytime TV viewing of children's programming networks in the United States grew by 40.6 percent between the weeks of March 9 to 13 and March 16 to 20, 2020, and was also up by 30.6 percent compared to the same week in 2019. The coronavirus outbreak led to school closures across the country, so with children all over the U.S. staying at home until further notice, children's TV viewing will likely continue to remain higher than normal.
