Of the respondents surveyed, the generational groups who agreed with this statement the most were the groups identified as Gen Z and Gen X, with 27 percent from both groups stating that their success was due to their work ethic. The generational group who agreed least with this statement were those identified as boomers, with only 21 percent agreeing that their success was due to their work ethic.
