This chart shows the share of consumers agreeing with statements regarding their willingness to change their current main supplier or service provider, by sector, according to a survey conducted with UK consumers in 2016. Of respondents, over 59 percent said that they would change internet providers currently in use if given a free choice, whereas nearly 34 percent stated that they would change retailers.
