Over the observed period, the highest share of non-online shoppers in Latvia was found in the age category from 65 to 74 years. More specifically, around 47 percent of population in that age group reported to have never ordered online in 2022. To compare, only around nine percent of those aged between 16 and 24 years had never purchased over the internet in the same year.
