In 2020, it was reported that approximately 24 percent of Latvians nationwide never made online purchases, with that share decreasing by roughly one percent by 2022. Kurzeme region and Latgale region demonstrated the highest proportion of non-online shoppers across the whole country in 2022, at 29.8 percent and 29.3 percent, respectively.
