This statistic presents data from a 2013 survey on whether or not employees think that their company is responsible for the online behavior of employees outside of work hours if they are using their personal social media accounts, by company size. According to the survey of adult workers in selected countries, 12 percent of respondents working for companies with fewer than 100 employees thought that companies were responsible for employees' behavior on personal social media accounts outside of work hours.
