Between 2015 and 2023, the proportion of French people who consider the National Rally (RN), formerly the National Front, to be a party dangerous to democracy has ranged between 50 and 60 percent. This means that just under half of the French population in 2023 believes that the RN does not pose a threat to democracy. This is the lowest rate since the 2014 survey.
