Touche pas à mon poste! (TPMP) is a daily entertainment and media analysis show broadcast on the C8 channel. Claire Sécail, a researcher at the National Center for Scientific Research (CNRS) and a specialist in media in France, published an analysis of political speech on this popular show between September and December 2021. After analysis, it appears that the political debate was focused on two political currents: the far right and the parties of the presidential majority. The far-right political family alone occupied more than 50 percent of the airtime. Combined, the left represented 11.5 percent of the airtime, including 0.9 percent for the Greens, who were then in the midst of the primary debates for the Europe Ecology-The Greens party (EELV).
