As of April 2025, chain hotel executives/managers believed that fraud prevention and security was the business area in which artificial intelligence (AI) can be very useful, with ** percent saying so. Comparatively, alternative accommodation executives/managers said that AI was the most helpful for customer service and marketing and communication.Â
