According to a 2025 survey, around half of women aged 40-49 years in the U.S. said their perimenopause or menopause symptoms have negatively impacted their ambition. Moreover, one in five said the symptoms have even affected their income. Overall, three-quarters reported at least one aspect of their work life being negatively affected.
