Original question: Thinking about your ideal social media platform, which of the following approaches to content moderation would you prefer?
The source defines different of moderation as the following:
- Human moderation: content that violates the platform’s terms of service is analyzed and removed by a team of human moderators.
- Automated moderation: uses algorithms to find and remove content that breaks the platform's rules.
- User reporting: users report content that violates terms of service, while a team of moderators reviews reported content, removing what they find to be in violation.
- Minimal moderation: lets most or all content stay on the platform without being checked to see if it breaks the rules.
