The primary EU instrument supporting Ukraine’s financial recovery in 2024 is the Ukraine Facility, a program designed to assist the country from 2024 to 2027 with a budget of ** billion euros — ** billion allocated as loans and ** billion as grants. Of this budget, **** billion euros has already been disbursed, while the remaining funds will be released following ongoing evaluations of Ukraine's progress in implementing agreed reforms and investments.
