An online survey was launched in October 2023 and was answered by 2,286 respondents, of which 1,927 were filled out by non-BEV drivers and 359 by BEV drivers in France. The survey closed in November 2023 after being open for one month for non-BEV drivers. As BEV drivers were harder to reach, their survey remained open until February 2024.
In response to asking BEV French drivers what the longest waiting time was to use a public recharging point.
