An online survey was launched in October 2023 and was answered by 2,221 respondents, of which 1,897 were filled out by non-BEV drivers and 324 by BEV drivers in the Netherlands. The survey closed in November 2023 after being open for one month for non-BEV drivers. As BEV drivers were harder to reach, their survey remained open until February 2024.
Dutch BEV drivers were asked to answer the prompt "I have sufficient choice between different operators of recharging point / mobility service providers".
