According to a survey carried out in Canada in 2023, 63 percent of respondents said they regularly used self-checkouts at grocery stores. Some 49 percent would be interested in using artificial intelligence (AI) to find discounts on groceries, while another 37 percent would be interested to use it to make their grocery trips quicker.
