The source specifies the following information: "The indicator for e-purchases is calculated from the purchases made in Estonia and abroad using bankcards issued in Estonia, purchases made in Estonian online stores using bankcards issued outside Estonia, and some purchases made as payment orders through bank link.
E-purchase payments for goods and services are estimated from the bank link transactions and open banking transactions.
The indicator does not include payments for lottery tickets and other online gambling, payment of state fees, or payments for financial services like insurance payments or loan repayments."
