According to a survey conducted among shoppers in Southeast Asia in 2021, ** percent of the respondents in the Philippines preferred cash on delivery as a payment method for social commerce, compared to percent of the respondents who chose digital wallets. In comparison, shoppers in Malaysia and Singapore preferred digital wallets over cash on delivery as a payment method for social commerce.
