Other leading reasons why Australian consumers bought products online included lower prices, discounts, and free delivery, at respectively ** percent, ** percent, and ** percent of surveyed online shoppers. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Australian consumers also turned to online shopping for safety reasons and due to the widespread closure of brick-and-mortar stores.
