As of 2023, Singapore showed the highest positive gap between good and bad civility ratings, 46 percent. India ranked second, with a 34 percent positive gap, followed by Australia, with a 25 percent positive gap. France and Mexico, on the other hand, showed the biggest negative gap between good and bad digital civility ratings.
