This statistic displays the results of a survey conducted among enterprises that purchased goods and/or services online from other EU countries in Italy in 2014 and those that used to or tried to do so. It illustrates Italy companies' level of concern regarding delivery costs when making online purchases abroad.
During the survey period, it was found that a ** percent share of the responding enterprises reported that high delivery costs have been a minor problem for them.
