When surveyed in 2025, travelers were asked what stage of their journey they would be most likely to use artificial intelligence (AI). The highest share of respondents across all regions said that they would use it at every stage of their journey. Meanwhile, the stage of a trip where AI was the least likely to be used was to receive real-time travel updates, with between ** to ** percent of respondents saying so.
