According to a survey between November and December 2024 among small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the Asia-Pacific region, around ** percent of surveyed SMEs in Vietnam have adopted artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in their operations. Additionally, surveyed Southeast Asian SMEs showed higher adoption of AI technologies in operations compared to those in Taiwan and Australia.
