According to a survey between November and December 2024 among small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the Asia-Pacific region, approximately ** percent of surveyed SMEs within the professional services sectors, including information, media and telecommunications, and financial services, are using at least one digital platform tool enabled by artificial intelligence (AI). Around ** percent of SMEs in the consumer services sectors like retail, food services, healthcare, and education are using at least one of such tools.
