Survey question: "Now, let’s explore how AI agents will impact your workforce and business processes in the next 12–18 months. To what extent are you confident your organization will leverage agents to expand workforce capacity with AI agents acting as digital team members?". Results show the share of respondents who selected at least medium confidence.
'Leaders' here refer to knowledge workers in middle to upper management levels (e.g., SVP, VP, Sr. Director, General Manager, EVP, C-Suite, President, etc.) who have at least some decision-making influence related to hiring, budgeting, employee benefits, internal communications, operations, etc.

In a 2025 survey, ** percent of surveyed leaders in organizations in China expressed confidence that they will use artificial intelligence agents as team members to expand the capacity of the workforce in the next 18 months. Meanwhile, the share of such respondents stating the same in Singapore and Taiwan was about ** percent.
