According to a survey between November and December 2024 among small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the Asia-Pacific region, around ** percent of surveyed SMEs in Vietnam are using business messaging automation tools enabled by artificial intelligence (AI) such as AI chatbots and click-to-message tools. Additionally, surveyed Southeast Asian SMEs showed higher adoption of AI-enabled messaging automation tools compared to those in Taiwan and Australia.
