Mobile banking has grown in popularity in recent years, with an increasing number of customers using it as their primary method of accessing their bank accounts. In the United States, mobile banking usage rose significantly across all age groups between 2013 and 2023, with younger individuals showing the highest rates of adoption. In 2023, over ** percent of banked households with a reference person aged 15 to 24 used mobile banking as their primary access method, compared to just **** percent among those aged 65 and older.
