In 2025, around ** percent of e-merchants expected online payment fraud to increase in the following 12 months, according to a survey. A ** of merchants even expected a significant increase. On the other hand, around ** percent of surveyed professionals expected account takeover (ATO) attacks to decrease in the 12 months after the survey.
